What makes the customer service so great is when the product matches the service you receive.
These are the best shoes I have ever put on my feet. If you think the customer service is great wait until you put on the shoes. Out standing service and product. Do these come in black? I'm smiling and Amazon.com you should be smiling too! 5 stars!!!!!

Great looking dress boots. I think Rockport uses Adidas technology (adiPRENE) in this shoe. This is by far my favorite pair of shoes in the closet. The Acheens are extremely comfortable and relatively light-weight. One of my favorite things about this shoe is the ease in which they can be cleaned. The leather is soft but durable, and it retains polish very nicely. In addition, these shoes can be worn for almost any occasion; they are dressy but not too dressy. I might just buy them in brown.
